I joined Online Capital last November and received the free $25 sign-up bonus. I was able to withdraw some amount before the program policy was changed. Members can only withdraw after depositing an initial $30. I have completely forgotten the program. Then, I received a newsletter and decided to take a peek on my account. Wow! I got $29.82 on my account. Since I can't withdraw it, I decided to take a chance and deposited the required $30 deposit. Then withdrawn the earnings. It was successful.
At least, I'll be earning daily interest from both my free $25 and initial deposit of $30. Some amount to accumulate and withdraw when its gotten big :)
